Description
The Renfrew CPF PRO Ironman will be day 2 of Renfrew’s Heavier Than Hell Weekend. We are partnering with Motorcycle & Powersport Atlantic and Popeye’s Supplements Dartmouth to bring you an amazing powerlifting at the Halifax Exhibition Centre.
CPF PRO records can be set at this meet.

$75 for first division or Competition $25 per additional.

Dates To Be Announced.
You will be required to have your starting attempts for all lifts in kilograms (in 2.5 kilogram increments) when you weigh-in.

10am – Lifting starts
3-4pm – Awards
Uniforms
Must have one-piece lifting suit or wrestling suit and Deadlift Socks. WPC rules apply. Complete rule book at:

1st, 2nd and 3rd in weight and age categories
Best lifter – Male /Female
